ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF JUANITA SANTIAGO ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 650375, 668469, 686191, AND 704092.

WHEREAS: Ms. Santiago had vehicles from 2005 to 2008 and
WHEREAS: Ms. Santiago had moved out of state in 2006 and
WHEREAS: Ms. Santiago no longer has these cars, and
WHEREAS: Ms. Santiago is asking for assistance with these tax accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the taxes, interest, and fees for account numbers 686191 and 704092 be forgiven.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that the interest on account numbers 650375 and 668469 be forgiven and the taxes and fees on account number 668469 be reduced to $358.45.
