ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF JORDAN SMITH ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 921762, 963158, AND 963159.

WHEREAS: Mr. Smith has old motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: Mr. Smith wants to pay these tax bills; and
WHEREAS: Mr. Smith is asking for assistance with these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account numbers 921762, 963158, and 963159 be forgiven.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Jordan Smith will pay the outstanding taxes less the interest within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the interest shall be restored on motor vehicle tax accounts 921762, 963158, and 963159.
