WHEREAS: Mr. Downer had vehicles in 2006 through 2008

WHEREAS: Mr. Downer states that one car was repossessed and the other returned to the dealer and

WHEREAS: Mr. Downer is asking for assistance with this tax account.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the tax, interest, and fees on account numbers 694007 and 694008 be forgiven.

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that the interest on account numbers 661612 and 677299 be forgiven and the taxes on account number 677299 be reduced to $431.22.
