WHEREAS: Ms. Carrington had a vehicle from 2004 to 2006, and

WHEREAS: Ms. Carrington had registered this vehicle for a friend, and

WHEREAS: Ms. Carrington had her wages garnished from 2010 to 2012, and

WHEREAS: Ms. Carrington is asking for assistance with these accounts.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the tax and interest for account numbers 614527 and 806276 be forgiven.

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account number 597381 be forgiven and the tax amount be reduced to $500.00.
